Since before I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by cars and the culture that surrounds them. Naturally, as I grew into my photography, I started to graviate towards automotive photography and documentation. I started by taking photos of cars around town, which then flowed into doing paid photoshoots of friends’ cars in 2020. In late 2021, I began going to underground car meets in my city, where I would network with potential clients and pass out business cards. My favorite shoot day was in 2022 when I was contracted to visit Laguna Seca racetrack and photograph a Formula 3 driver’s training day. This freelance work was extremly fun, rewarding, and taught me a lot of business skills along with how to network and sell my skills.
